Join us for a webinar and free lunch! This webinar explains how the proven business management concepts of Lean Six Sigma can add value and eliminate waste to help make your firm more productive than ever - helping you answer the question of 'Is everything you do at your firm adding value?'
It's a tough question, and one that many law firms cannot always answer for certain. It will provide an understanding of why "going the extra mile" can be a waste of time, how to reduce small mistakes that lead to big problems and how unrecognized potential is bad for business. You will also learn how achievable process improvements can translate to a healthier bottom line.
Alison Lukan, B.A., LSSS | Director, Management Consulting
Alison Lukan is the Director of Management Consulting at Affinity Consulting Group.
Alison graduated with a degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond — the first undergraduate program to offer such a degree in the United States. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Sensei certification and also is certified in DISC Communication profiles.
Alison has been working with businesses since 1996 to help identify needs and develop sustainable solutions. Alison first worked with companies to implement technology packages but quickly determined that permanent improvement in any business requires a focus on people and process, not just technology.
She has extensive experience in strategic plan development, organizational design, communication planning, change management, business process mapping and optimization. Alison also works with her clients to implement meaningful metrics to track progress and guide ongoing decision making. For the past five years, Alison has focused specifically on clientele in the legal field, and has spoken for the Ohio State Bar Association, the World Bank, and the Association for Legal Administrators.
