Ms. Inge joined SunTrust following a 20 year career in the Virginia legal community as a risk manager, providing CLE programing and advice to lawyers and law firms on a variety of topics including: malpractice exposure, insurance coverage, ethics compliance, cyber liability risks and remedies, law firm administration, marketing and trust accounting.

Ms. Inge is a Virginia licensed attorney who received her law degree from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 1989. James M. McCauley is the Ethics Counsel for the Virginia State Bar.  He supervises the bar’s staff counsel serving the Standing Committees on Legal Ethics and the Unauthorized Practice of Law who write the draft advisory opinions for these Standing Committees and provide informal advice via the “ethics hotline” to members of the bar and bench on matters involving legal ethics, lawyer advertising and the unauthorized practice of law. Mr. McCauley frequently lectures and publishes on matters relating to legal ethics and the unauthorized practice of law.
