We will discuss what your law firm can do over the next six months to help achieve revenue goals. We will talk about tips and solutions to help your firm get its arms around its A/R by understanding and implementing strategies to compliment what they are currently doing. We will discuss areas, such as:
- What challenges are ahead in the next six months
- Why clients are not paying their bills
- Work collection efforts work and don’t work
- What software can and cannot do
- What your role should be to help ensure A/R success
Overall, we will talk about how law firms should not fool themselves into thinking that their A/R management and collection practices can succeed without understanding which moving parts are working and which needs closer attention and evaluation.
