Beth Thompson is VP, Market Strategy for Actionstep and has over thirty years of experience helping law firms and corporate legal departments achieve growth, better productivity and gain greater efficiencies by strategic planning, education and automation. Beth previously served two terms on ALA’s National Business Partner Advisory Panel and collaborated with numerous local chapters on content/speaking [You Know You Need It – Navigating Practice Management Options and Building Effective Teams] including Richmond, Raleigh, Minneapolis, Central FL, Hampton Roads and others. She has also volunteered her time and expertise with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) involved in their inaugural MyMentor Program and currently serving as co-chair ILTA’s Events Committee (currently serving 2-year term) and speaking and writing on a regular basis.
