Matt (in the Business & Securities Litigation section), a former clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, focuses his practice on appellate matters, constitutional issues, and major motions. He has argued complex cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits as well as the Supreme Court of Virginia.
