UNWRAPPING THE SEVEN GIFTS

In this session, participants will explore seven primary motivations that affect every interpersonal, leadership and management interaction. The engaging and insightful presentation will provide practical, easy-to-use methods to generate deeper understanding of others and our own unique makeup.

The session will also give special attention to: individual coaching ideas, team performance measurements, and key leadership development concepts. 

During the exploration, participants will gain a clear understanding of how each gift operates (ie: to understand) and also receive ideas and strategies on ways to communicate clearly to each gift (ie: to be understood).

Greg is a multi-state business development professional with U.S. Bank based in Richmond, Virginia. He is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities in various sectors including: large corporate, commercial, municipal and federal government. He is also responsible for implementing and overseeing strategic partnerships with attorneys, financial advisors and investment bankers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region.

Greg (a Server – Administrator - Giver/Teacher) has been actively serving leaders, influencers and organizations, since the mid-90’s, helping them identify and maximize their unique gifts. Greg has served on local volunteer boards with Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and The Robinson Theater Community Arts Center. He has also been actively involved in humanitarian missions in central Africa for more than 10 years.
